SESAME-CURRY CHICKEN WINGS 
1 lb. chicken wings, halved

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sherry
3 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 packets Sweet N' Low (or 1 tbsp. honey)
1-2 tbsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. finely chopped peanuts

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all sauce ingredients well in a bowl and coat wings. Bake the wings for 30 minutes basting every 8 minutes. Broil 3 to 4 minutes before serving. 1 to 4 servings.
