3 cans Mexicorn, drained
1 stick butter
1 lg. onion, chopped, sauteed in butter
8 oz. Philly cream cheese
1-3 chopped jalapenos, to taste

Mix corn, onions and butter with softened cheese into casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
