HAM & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
8 slices dry butter bread, diced
2 c. diced ham
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, diced
3/4 c. mushrooms (optional)
2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Use a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Put 1/2 bread into greased pan. Add ham, mushrooms and 1/2 of cheese. Beat eggs, salt, pepper, mustard and milk. Pour over ingredients in pan. Add the rest of the bread and cheese. Press down to soak through. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
