HAM - POTATO - CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked potatoes, diced
1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked ham, cubed
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, finely cubed or grated
1 tbsp. pimento, chopped
1/2 c. cream (20% butterfat)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients and place in 1 1/2 quart baking dish; cover and bake 45 minutes. 4 to 6 servings.
