LOW CAL CRANBERRY RELISH 
2 c. raw cranberries
1 c. celery
1 apple, cored
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 orange, seeded
1 lg. Sugar Free Jello

Put fruits and celery in blender or food processor to chop up finely. Prepare Jello according to package directions. Add chopped fruits and celery. Pour into mold and chill. Each serving equals: 1 fruit, 1 vegetable, 10 optional calories.
