1 qt. water
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. instant espresso coffee
2 1/2 c. vodka (1 pt.)
2 tbsp. vanilla

Bring water, sugar and coffee to a boil, then let simmer for 2 hours. Cool 1 hour. Stir in vodka and vanilla. Put in bottle. Serve in your favorite drinks.
