HONEY NUT BARS 
1 egg
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. instant dry milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped roasted peanuts
3/4 c. ground sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. coriander

Beat together: egg, honey and vanilla. Combine wheat flour, dry milk, baking powder, coriander, nutmeg and salt. Add dry ingredients to egg-honey mixture and blend well. Then add roasted peanuts and sesame seeds.

Mix gently: spread batter in a greased 9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 12 bars.
