3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
3 qts. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine dry ingredients. Heat milk just to boiling point. Pour over cocoa mix, stirring with wire whip until well mixed. Add vanilla. Serve at once in heated cups. 12 servings.
