PLUM GOOD RIBS 
3 to 4 lbs. pork ribs cut into serving pieces
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. plum jam or jelly
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. orange juice
1 clove crushed garlic

Marinate overnight. Remove from marinade and bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Pour off fat, add marinade, and bake 30 minutes longer. Baste every 10 minutes. If desired, charbroil or grill the last 30 minutes, basting often.
