PLUM GOOD DUCK 
1 onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 (17 oz.) can purple plums, pureed
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade, thawed
1/3 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. mustard
onion salt and garlic salt, to taste
4 ducks
4 orange slices

Sauté onion in butter in saucepan until tender. Add next 4 ingredients and seasonings. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Wash ducks; pat dry inside and out. Place on rack in baking pan; cover with orange slices.

Bake, covered at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours. Spoon half of sauce over ducks. Bake for 1 1/2 hours longer or until tender. Serve with remaining sauce.
