MOCK SALMON PATTIES 
1 can mock chicken, cut up (don't pitch juice)
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 eggs
1 tbsp. tomato paste (or ketchup)
1/2 c. grated yellow cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix

Fry crispy brown (if dry - may add some of mock chicken juice). Drop by teaspoon to form small patties.
