TENDERLOIN PATTIES 
12 strips bacon
6 tenderloin beef patties
1 lg. onion
Prepared mustard
6 slices cheese
2 fresh tomatoes
Salt

Cross two slices of bacon for each serving and lay one patty in the center of each cross. Salt lightly and spread the top with mustard. On this lay a slice of onion and then a slice of cheese. Top with a thick slice of tomato. Fold over all four ends of bacon and fasten in center with toothpicks. Place in shallow roasting pan and bake in 350 degree oven 40-45 minutes.

This dish may also be made with ground beef patties.
