CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cauliflower, boil until crisp or 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen
1 pkg. Stove Top dressing, as directions
1/3 to 1/2 c. cubed cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French fried onions
Salt and pepper to taste

Butter casserole - layer cauliflower, cheese, dressing and 1/2 can French fried onions. Thin soup and 1/2 can water, pour over top. Punch a few holes to drain. Bake at 350 degrees just long enough to bubble up good. Put the rest of onions on top and return to oven for a few minutes. Bake approximately 35 minutes.
