CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
Pinch of salt
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower & carrots, cooked & drained
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can fried onions
1 c. biscuit mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk

Mix soup, milk, salt, chicken, veggies, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 can onions and spread in greased 8"x12" pan. Mix biscuit mix, egg and milk to form a soft dough. Spoon over chicken mixture to form a lattice design. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake another 5 to 10 minutes until brown.
