CHICKEN VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
16 oz. bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower mix
1 can cream of potato soup
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onions

Combine vegetables, soup, milk, seasoning salt, chicken, 1 cup of the cheddar cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions. Place in 8 x 12 inch baking dish, cover and bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 5 minutes longer, uncovered, or until cheese melts. Serves 6.
