EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. (3 oz.) fried onion rings
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk

Combine chicken, thawed but uncooked, vegetables, undiluted chicken soup and milk. Add 1 cup fried onion rings. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and top with remaining onion ring. Pop in for few minutes again. Serves 4 to 5.
