8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. (or more to taste) caramel flavoring

Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Great for different fruits, especially apples. Butterscotch flavoring may also be used.
