CARAMEL DIP 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Kraft caramels, unwraped
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

Microwave the caramels in a glass bowl for 4 minutes. Take out and stir for 1 more minute. Add the sour cream and stir until this mixture is real smooth. It will not harden and you can refrigerate it and reheat in microwave for just a minute to reheat it. Dip apples, bananas, strawberries, and fresh pineapple.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
