Mix together:

1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Blend in:

2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Add:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Drop in teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
