ARTICHOKE SURPRISE | |
4 sm. jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained 3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed 12 oz. softened cream cheese 5 tbsp. soft butter 3/4 c. milk 1/3 c. sunflower seeds 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese Butter 9x13 pan. Layer artichoke and spinach in pan. Pour beaten cream cheese, butter and milk over. Top with sunflower seeds and Parmesan. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
