SPINACH ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & well drained
2 onions
1/4 lb. butter
8 oz. sour cream
1 can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
Parmesan cheese
1 can onion rings
Salt & pepper
Worcestershire sauce

Saute onions in butter. Combine cooked, drained spinach with onions, sour cream and artichoke hearts. Season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Place in casserole and sprinkle top with Parmesan and broken onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serves 6-8.
