CHOCOLATE DIPPED STRAWBERRIES 
2/3 c. (4 oz.) real semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vegetable oil
30 attractive, firm strawberries with hull attached

Melt chocolate with oil in a microwaveable bowl for 2 minutes on High power. Stir chocolate until it's all melted. If necessary, microwave again for 30 seconds; chocolate shouldn't be hot only warm enough to dip strawberries one at a time.

Dip each strawberry and let drain, then gently tap side of hand against top of bowl to dislodge any extra chocolate.

Place on foil or tray, hull end up. Store in refrigerator. Serve on attractive plate.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
