MINTS 
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Extracts, flavors if desire
Food color, paste only

Have cream cheese at room temperture. Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese. Mix with hands. Then add color desired and flavor. Roll into balls and then into sugar then put in mold. Let dry several hours. Makes 235 to 240 mints.
