MINTS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 lbs. powdered sugar, sifted

Cream softened cheese and powdered sugar. Divide and color and add flavorings. Put small amount of powdered sugar on board and kneed until smooth. Roll into small balls, the size of marbles. Press with a fork to make ridges. Place on waxed paper covered pan and air dry for a few days. Keep turning them so that they dry on the underside.

Depending on size, it makes 75 to 100 mints. They can also be pressed into candy molds.
