PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 or 8 pork chops
1 1/2 c. dry rice
2 cans Campbell's Onion Soup
Salt and pepper

Brown pork chops on both sides. Place over dry rice which has been put in 9x13 inch roasting pan. Add soup and 2 cans water. Cook in 350 degree oven for about an hour or until rice is done. You may need to add a little more water to keep rice moist.
