MARMALADE CARROTS 
4 c. thinly sliced carrots
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/3 c. orange marmalade
1 tbsp. butter

Combine carrots, orange juice, salt, ginger and marmalade. Put in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Dot with butter. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until carrots are tender.
