CHICKEN CURRY CASSEROLE 
1-2 c. cooked & cubed chicken or turkey
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained well or 1 c. fresh broccoli, cooked & drained
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 slice dry bread
1 tbsp. butter

In 13 x 9 inch pan layer chicken and broccoli. In bowl combine soups (do not add water), mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry. Spoon mixture over chicken and broccoli. Top with cheese. Coat torn pieces of bread in melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve over rice.
