CHICKEN CURRY CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers or cornflakes
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
2 tbsp. butter

Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon and curry. Grease 9 x 13 inch casserole, put chicken on bottom, pour soup over chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top. Combine butter and crumbs, put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
