CHICKEN FLOBANO 
4 boneless breasts
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 c. vegetable oil

SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Dip breasts in egg/milk/garlic mixture then bread each. Fry in vegetable oil until brown.

Line 9"x12" pan with browned breaded chicken.

Melt butter, stir in flour to make paste. Gradually add milk, stir over medium heat. When hot, add Swiss cheese, stirring constantly.

Pour over chicken and bake 3/4 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with rice and broccoli. Save some sauce to pour over rice.
