PERSIAN RICE AND BEEF 
2 c. rice
1 c. Prego sauce
Salt and pepper
1 lb. beef
2 cans green beans
1 green pepper and onion

Cook the beef with 1 chopped onion and green pepper until it cooks. Mix the sauce with 1 cup water, and add it to the beef. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame. Cook the rice and mix it with beef. Put it in the oven on 300 degrees for 10 minutes. You can use chicken instead of beef, too.

SIDE DISH (YOGURT AND CUCUMBER) :

2 c. yogurt
2 sm. cucumbers
Dash of salt and pepper
Dash of garlic powder

Pour yogurt into a big bowl. Peel cucumber and chop into fine pieces and mix with yogurt. Add salt and pepper. Garlic powder is optional.
