PEANUT CRISP BAR 
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
Dash of salt
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. Rice Krispies

Combine granulated sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Blend in peanut butter; stir in cereal. Pat evenly in foil lined 11 x 7 x 2 pan. 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar

In small saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar. Remove from heat. Add milk and vanilla. Stir in confectioners sugar; beat smooth. Remove cereal mixture from pan; peel off foil. Spread top with frosting. Chill. Cut in small bars.
