PEPPER BISCUITS 
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. oil
1 1/4 tsp. coarsely black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cold water

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Roll into long strips, 1 1/2" to 2" wide and 1/2" thick. Cut into small pieces (abut 1/2" to 3/4") on slant. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes on lowest shelf and 10 minutes on highest shelf. Don't over cook.
