GRANOLA 
4 c. of oats
1/4 to 1/3 c. light cooking oil such as Canola
1/4 c. honey or brown sugar
1/4 c. sunflower seeds, optional
1 pan (13 x 9 1/2 in. or larger) or 2 (8 x 8 in.) pans

Spread oats and seeds (if desired) in large pan or 2 small ones. sprinkle oil over oats and stir. Place pan in 350 degree oven and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. Add honey or brown sugar and mix thoroughly. Return pan to oven until sweetener is dissolved, about 10 minutes. Stir and return to oven 5 more minutes. Store granola in jars or cans.
