ONE-PAN GRANOLA 
6 c. rolled oats

Use 6 cups any or all of:

Whole wheat flour
Wheat germ
Sunflower, pumpkin, sesame seeds
Milk or whey powder
Shredded coconut
Unsalted nuts, especially almonds

Will also need to use:

1 c. bran (if desired)
2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash salt

Heat in large roasting pan:

1/2-1 c. oil or butter
1/2-1 c. honey or molasses
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla or almond extract

Stir in dry ingredients and bake 1-2 hours at 250 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes. Or use cookie sheets for shorter cooking time. Try 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Use pancake turner every 10 minutes. Let it cool in the pan for crisper cereal. When cool dried fruits may be added.
