ONE PAN GRANOLA BARS | |
1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar 3/4 c. butter 4 c. quick oats 3/4 c snipped prunes or raisins 1 c. coarsely chopped nuts 1 tbsp. cinnamon Put butter and sugar in a 13"x9" pan and place in oven to melt, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and press firmly to form an even layer. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Cut into bars. Remove when completely cool. (Crumbs are good on breakfast cereal.) |
