STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box white cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 c. Wesson oil or other oil
1 c. strawberry juice (add water if necessary)
4 eggs, beaten

Mix well the cake mix, Jell-O, oil and juice. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Pour into greased and floured oblong pan.

Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes. Check with toothpick for doneness.

Strawberry Frosting:

2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 pkg. strawberries, drained

Cream sugar and butter, adding a little strawberries for moistness until mixed well. Stir in rest of strawberries by hand. Spread on cake as soon as cake is taken from the oven.
