PINEAPPLE COCONUT PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. coconut
1 can crushed pineapple, med size can
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 heaping tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pie shells

Cream butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Add pineapple and coconut. Pour into two pie shells and bake at 275 degrees until crust begins to brown. Do not drain pineapple.
