PINEAPPLE - COCONUT PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. Karo syrup
1/4 c. coconut
Juice of a lemon
1/4 c. melted butter

Beat eggs. Add all other ingredients and blend. Pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake in a slow oven at 300 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until set.
