FRANCES BUTLER'S PINEAPPLE -
COCONUT PIE
 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
Dash of salt
2 c. coconut
1 sm. can pineapple
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Few drops almond extract

Mix all ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes and at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
