PINEAPPLE COCONUT PIE 
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 can flaked coconut
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2 unbaked pie shells

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Blend in coconut and pineapple. Pour in unbaked pie shells and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
