PINEAPPLE MILLIONAIRE PIE 
1 baked pie shell
2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick softened butter
1 lg. egg
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. chopped nuts

Cream together sugar and butter. Add egg, salt and vanilla to the sugar mixture and mix until light and fluffy. Pour this over pie crust, evenly and chill. Beat cream until stiff, add pineapple and nuts to cream and spoon this over the egg mixture. Cool and serve in small portions.
