1 can tomato sauce
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2-2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 lg. eggs
1 med. onion
1 green pepper
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. Heinz 57

Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, and mustard. Combine remaining ingredients except ketchup and Heinz 57. Put ketchup and Heinz 57 to the side.

Now combine the first 2 mixtures in a glass loaf pan. Put in over for 12 minutes on HIGH. Drain grease. Top loaf with ketchup-Heinz 57 mix. Cook on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes, then serve.
