PUMPKIN CAKE 
8 oz. box no-sugar chocolate cake mix
1 egg
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. pumpkin puree
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Combine all ingredients and blend with an electric mixer on medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into greased 8 or 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
