BAKED CHILI RELLENOS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. seeded green chillies, canned, split lengthwise, peeled
1-1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1-1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 beaten eggs

Brown meat and onion; drain well. Add salt and pepper. Put half chilies in a 6x10 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, add meat mixture. Add remainder of chilies and cheese. Combine milk, flour, salt and eggs. Pour batter on chili meat mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Cut into squares.
