CHILIES RELLENOS (BAKED) 
1/2 cube butter
1 lb. cheese (shredded)
1 sm. can of condensed milk
7 oz. can green chilies (remove seeds)
8 eggs
4 tbsp. flour

Melt 1/4 cube butter into a 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle on flour. Lay chilies, spread open, over the flour. Layer the cheese and rest of chilies. Dot with remaining flour and butter. Beat eggs well, add milk and pour over the layers. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes or until set.
