BAKED CHILI RELLENOS 
2 sm. cans whole green chilies, rinsed, drained & split open
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

In a buttered 9 x 13 inch glass dish arrange chilies. Cover or stuff with strips of cheese. Beat eggs slightly and add milk, flour and salt. Mix. Pour over chilies. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
