CHILIES RELLENOS BAKE 
In skillet, brown 1 pound ground beef and 1/2 cup chopped onions, drain off fat, sprinkle meat with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Place 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies cut in half crosswise and seeded in 10 x 6 x 11 1/2 inch baking dish, sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp natural cheese, top with meat. Arrange 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies cut in half crosswise and seeded over meat. Combine 4 beaten eggs, 1 1/2 cups milk, 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, several dashes of bottle hot pepper sauce and dash of pepper, beat until smooth. Pour over chili mixture. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted just off center comes out clean. Let cool 5 minutes. Cut in squares. Serves 6.
