12 oz. box Rice Chex
12 oz. pkg. butterscotch morsels
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1/4 lb. butter
2 c. powdered sugar, sifted

Arrange cereal in Pam sprayed roasting pan. Place next 3 ingredients in top of double boiler over simmering water, stirring until melted. Pour melted mixture over cereal and toss to coat evenly.

Put the 2 cups of powdered sugar into a brown grocery sack and dump in the coated cereal. Close the sack tightly and shake the mix to coat with powdered sugar. Spread on wax paper to set.
