PORK CHOPS AND STUFFING 
4 pork chops
3 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. onion
1/4 c. melted butter
Water
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

Brown pork chops on both sides. Pour off grease. Mix bread crumbs, onion, butter, 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning. Place a mound of stuffing on each chop. Blend soup with 1/3 cup water. Pour over chops in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 4 servings.
