PORK CHOPS `N STUFFING 
6 pork chops (about 2 lb.) f
6 c. soft bread cubes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped celery
4 tbsp. butter, melted
Salt & pepper to taste
1/3 c. water
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup

In skillet, brown pork chops (use oil if necessary). Arrange in 2 quart shallow baking dish. Lightly toss bread cubes, onion, butter, celery, salt and pepper. Spoon on chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, blend soup and 1/3 cup water. Pour over chops. Bake 15 minutes more or until chops are tender. Makes 4 servings.
